A journey can change a person's life and this movie is just there to prove it right. There were so many adventure movies which involve journey but my most favorite out of all is Motorcycle Diaries which depicts Che's journey how it changed his life and his perception towards it. Though this movie doesn't have such agenda but yet this is beautiful in its own way.Fahadh Faasil has done with marvelously well in this movie and i wonder how easy he can fit in such roles which needs a role of transformation , a character which is totally different from two portions of films and i would say he is doing it at ease.
A simple person he is but yet less outspoken , a introvert kind-off , much reserved and phobia to flying in-plane or cleanliness freak and being so with such peculiar characters he is not understood well or appreciated well by the people around him and he standsout unique from all the crowd. So such a difficult person who has hard time to get with people happen to travel to Trivandram on a official trip for the first time in his life and how that small journey changed his view on things was wonderfully portrayed in this film. Sir Nedumudi Venu and Swathi did equally good role in this film and these trio take a journey of their life time making us feel like travel along with them. Though only second half covered the journey part still it was a fuller to be sure and a virtual treat to watch. Background music was so nice at many places and i really liked it very much. Cinematography was top notch and that's the other pillar of this movie after the best characterization produced in this film.
The last transformation sequence was so beautiful and mainly when he says he is missing something or when he walks in the park bare foot and when he places the mobile back on the table at the end were all excellent and a emotionally filled ones in the movie. The background score at last five minutes was cool and that final meet in railway station was lovely.These are some of the movies which leaves the impact even after watching the movie and i would say Mollywood is now racing ahead with such beautiful movies they keep producing these days. I am glad to have watched it and i really loved this movie no matter if there were any critics said this was a average one. A movie if it can be called good only when it can make you attract to it while watching and allow you to travel along with it while experiencing the feel n beauty of it , then i would say this movie is definitely in that list. One more addition to my favorite movies from Malayalam.
