Asura: The City of Madness (2016) Korean
A crime action thriller about a cop Han who gets tangled between a corrupt mayor and Prosecutors who investigate against him. Though. Though Han being a cop, he still stays loyal to the mayor for him being close relative to his wife who is been hospitalized for a terminal illness. Since Mayor being untouchable, prosecutors had to use Han to get evidence against the mayor to Build strong case against him. So they start to do all the dirty work to squeeze Han into accepting this offer which raises question on this loyalty with Mayor, resulting a run over life at both ends. How Han faces both the sides against all odds makes rest of it. Last fifteen minutes of the film is complete blood bath and a very much expected climax from a Korean flick. Yet Movie is good, a cop action flick can be watched once for sure
