Simple Story -> Local Club house card game  -> Robbery -> 2 Guys and one master mind -> Money lost and economy collapse -> Clubhouse Hire a Professional contract killer Brad Pitt ( as Jackie )  ->  Brad Pitt Killing them One by One.

Simple as that..but was dragged for nothing...Very boring and it has nothing in it...!! No Goosebumps nothing..only feeling sleepy all the way. .James Gandolfini  ( as Mickey  ) comes in as a another Hitman assisting brad Pitt but was not scripted properly with  unusual dialogues , unnecessary scenes , useless discussions and talking making the movie drag more. Ray Liotta ( as Markie Trattman  ) comes in as a manager for the club house and we might expect a huge action from him but he just goes for nothing . Problem is there is no proper villan in this movie , unfortunately the negative role Brad pitt has to play the role of protagonist and its was showed like that.  Very normal story but with a powerful cast. If the screenplay and editing had done their job this movie could have been more entertaining. BGM is worst and Brad pitt intro was nothing. Its a Total let off for Brad Pitt fans and for sure was not used properly in this movie . Most of times felt like a documentary film. Worst overall . Not Worth it.

Trivia : Hugh Jackman went 36 hours without water, causing him to lose water weight around his eyes and cheeks, giving him the gaunt appearance of a prisoner. The film was going to be 4 hours long, with a 15-minute battle. But, it was shortened to 2 and a half hours. 15 minutes of the final film were cut out.

As Most of Film Lovers know that Les Miserables Film was inspired from French historical novel by Victor Hugo which was first published in 1862 and was very famous during that time with many stage shows performed based on it. This is a Complete Musical Film with Zero dialogues spoken were everything is replaced by Songs . For sure its once such unique experience for any music and movie lovers with a movie spanning 2:42hrs completely scripted with only songs with Beautiful amazing lyrics which can express the scene more than a dialogue can deliver. Its Definitely not a easy task to do for still being a inspired Movie , Director Tom Hooper did great justification to this evergreen novel supported by Excellent Script by William Nicholson and Team.

Though the Actual Book goes through many volumes and that been consolidated to one single length movie by Tom Hooper and many might already know the story still lets see a synopsis of it on what is Les Miserables for starters. It dates back to 19th Century France where Hunger and Poverty is at high with Huge Financial crisis and a Bad government ignoring peoples Cry. This Musical Marvel Les Miserables starts with a excellent Track "Look Down" introducing the Two major characters for this story . Jean Valijean ( Hgh Jackman ) and Russell Crowe ( Inspector Javert ) , Where Javert is a strict officer and Hugh Jackman as a convict arrested for a period of 19 years for stealing some food to his family. Jean gets a word from Javert that he will be released on parole and that he has to report regularly for his entire life time to the magistrate.Javert believes that the bad people always stay that way no matter what and he doesn't like jean from the beginning.

Jean Finally breathes the free air and freedom but his future is still a question mark for he has no were to go and he only has parole paper which states him as a dangerous man preventing him to get job anywhere. He has no shelter , no food and he start to feel the freedom itself as a punishment. Somehow he happen to visit a church at night while trying to find a place to sleep , which he would have never thought would change his entire life once for all. Bishop of Digne gives him shelter and food to eat , he gives him respect and treats him well , But irrespective of bishop being a noble man , jean steals silver at night from church but gets caught to police officer in rounds. When Jean was brought back to Bishop , he takes no time to say that he gave jean those silver to keep himself as a present and that to release him for he has not done anything wrong. Further to that the bishop forgives him and instead asks him to keep the silver ,use it to secure his future to lead a life as a good man and to kill any evil thoughts in him. This Totally shattered Jean , repenting for his actions and grief for his sin starts to cry loud in-front of Jesus and asks for forgiveness .The Song "Valjean Arrested, Valjean Forgiven" during this scene was the best what you can see from Hugh Jackman and it was act to perfection. This is a turning point in Jean life and decides himself that Jean Valijean is no more , not slave to anyone destroys the parole paper he is carrying and decides to lead a new life with different identity.

The Next Scene Takes you eight years ahead as a fast forward button where Jean is a Mayor of a town and a factory owner. There come a next important character Anne Hathaway ( Fantine ) as a employee in his factory. Everything was going fine till the day when Inspector Javert was transferred to his town and reports directly to Jean who is currently the mayor for the town. Same time Anne Hathaway was fired from the factory by the co workers without the knowledge of jean for hiding a secret about her illegitimate daughter. She , for no where to go but in urge of money to take care of her daughter who is currently living in custody of Thénardiers Couple , forced to prostitution . Jean tremble and shocked when he came to know this that he had caused a severe pain in a life of a innocent women , rescues her from that world , treats her in hospital but could not save her for long. Inspector Javert though has to report to the mayor ,still has his suspicion about the mayor identify. Jean though perfectly blends himself as a different person couldn't resist this secret for long when he happen to know that a innocent person was wrongly arrested as Jean Valijean. Jean comes to the court , tells himself that the innocent has nothing to do and that he is In-fact Jean Valijean. He comes back to hospital to visit fantine who is breathing through her last minutes and promises to Fantine that he will be a guardian for her daughter cossette forever and that he will protect her till his last breath. There ends Anne's character with her final moments. Though it was roughly 30 minutes she stays on the screen , it was just mind-blowing how she brought the character live even with a short role to play and Susan boyle Dreamt the Dream Song was just beautiful and perfectly placed in the movie with Anne Hathaway on play its just pure magic everywhere. Jean manages to find Cossette , takes her with him while on Run from Inspector Javert who is very ambitious on arresting Jean and to bring him to justice.

How years pass by , How Jean eludes himself in shadows of light and from the clutches of Inspector javert , How cossette grew herself as a Beautiful young women ( Amanda Seyfried ) , How she tangled herself on love at first sight with Eddie Redmayne ( Marius ) who is a part of revolutionary group against french government , planning and waiting for right time to fight against them to bring the government down . Will Cossette and Marius get along together , What happened to the revolution , Will Jean manage to handle Javert and how he plays a important role to unite his daughter cossette with Marius is rest of the story.

Yes being no dialogues anywhere , it is really difficult to make such a wonderful movie with just songs , poems and music. Normally Musical dramas might be very slow to watch with very less story to tell , but this Movie Les Miserables has a very gripping storyline and that too with a powerful cast such as Hugh Jackman , Russell and Anne this movie serves as a all time masterpiece for sure. Am sure director has choose the right cast for the perfect role who really justified their part given to them . Yes initially first half you might feel a bit slow but the phase of the movie picks up right on the second half and you might stop realizing it as a musical drama rather would start watching it as yet another normal movie because of the story and screenplay. Yes for sure , you need to be very attentive and listening to the songs without which its hard at times to understand the scenes or the story. Subtitles might be a great relief for such a great movies like this for each and every word sung serves a important part as the lyrics is the backbone for this movie. Thénardiers couples raising cossette , Anne Hathaway as Fantine , Samantha Barks as Eponine Though these characters present themselves for very short period in the entire length of the movie , they for sure leave a strong impact on us.

There are scenes where you would just say woooow as it was perfectly done by Danny Cohen breathtaking picturization. Some scenes like the opening Song Look Down where a huge ship is pulled over , The scene when Hugh jackman cry in the church after stealing silver , Anne little cameo and her expression during Dreamt the Dream song , "The Confrontation" – Javert, Valjean , The Song "Do You Hear the People Sing: by marius and his friends after building a barricade , Samantha's Eponine " A Little Fall of Rain" , the scene when eponine get shot from a rifle and her last words to Marius , One day More song blending multiple stories in one consolidating it to a single song and presenting to audience in a perfect form is a directors class work and for sure he is at top notch. "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables" by Marius was touchy and The final encounter of Jean and Inspector Javert was the best scene in the entire film . Last but not least the song haven or hell Javert's Suicide was too touchy and sad his character has to end that way. In every aspect , this movie delivered its best and its just really amazing how a musical novel can be brought to screen with such a perfection mostly in a way audience could see and like. Yes love towards music helps but its not a mandatory to watch this movie. Just a little patience and willingness to understand the lyrics will definitely help any kind of audience to love this film.

FAM Punch Line : For sure it was really a unique experience to watch this movie with Wolverine , Gladiator and catwomen sing together and you couldn't get a better combo then this...!! Especially Hugh Jackman acting as a convict , as a mayor , as a Father & father in law was astonishing to watch on screen and am sure Les Miserables would have been very miserable without him. Its a Musial drama with No Dialogues spoken but sung instead , i would suggest not to miss this magic of watching this great movie in big screen. This is a Perfect art film and not all could appreciate the work in it. If you are one , then this is for you and a must watch . Patience Wins !!!

Expected so much with this Powerful combo with a mass Director Puri Jagannadh & Telugu Powerstar Pawan Kalyan , But was a total let down.

Pros :-

>> Some comedy part here and there
>> First couple of fight sequence
>> Pawan Kalyan’s sheer force and powerful on-screen presence

Cons :

>> Worst Screenplay and movie lags its pace , Felt some scenes are dragged for no reason
>> Songs at unwanted places making it more tough to take
>> The subject of the film was good talking about reporters and journalism , but didnt had a perfect script to back it up
>> Tammana Bhatia as Heroin , didnot blend well
>> Total Logic Miss and too much of unwanted scenes , like Police standing like spectators while Rambabu takes law in his hand
>> No Story at all or No Story that makes sense
>> Punch dialogues were a torture
>> Prakash raj could have been used better .

Overall

Expected more , But was in for shock. Yes its a action entertainer but action alone cant take the movie ahead. Expect Pawans powerful acting there is nothing satisfactory out of this movie and sad as a PSPK Fan :(

After all he is back with a bang , the great Mr.Olympia. Yes , he is Old , lost his muscle and yes he is no more fast but still he has his style and wow it was just fun watching this big guy Arnold Schwarzenegger ( as Ray Owens ) on the screen . As a Sheriff of a less populated Town and once a aggressive officer but now a calm peace loving guy arnold comes in as a very normal silent guy . But fate brings him in path of a most notorious kingpin escape convict , a death row inmate who is on run from FBI and that he happen to cross Ray's town inorder to escape to mexico . The problem is none able to stop Eduardo Noriega ( as Gabriel Cortez ) from escaping , he choose to drive off road on his specially designed car crossing 200kmph and with his counterparts who is helping him by clearing out any obstacle enroute even if necessary to kill anyone who is blocking his path. So with no help from FBI or Swat team and with very little time Ray has to stop gabriel from escaping to mexico , its just how he manages to stop gabriel with his little police force joined by Mike , Sam . sarah and lewis and how he makes his Last Stand to retrict the convit from escaping is all the story is about. Especially when arnold says , i wont let this guy go through my town without a fight will give you the goosebumps you need.

It was just awesome to see Arnold back again with the Big guns and on the wheels chasing down the convict .Luis Guzman as Mike was just fun watching him , he keeps us entertaining with his own style and you will not stop laughing every-time you see him on the screen. The Escape Convict Gabriel and his friend Peter Stormare ( Burrell ) were just excellent and add up beautifully to the movie. Screenplay was awesome and no where you would feel the slowness in the movie and camerawork was wonderful too with those car chase and escape scene was beautifully made , especially when gabriel take on the Swat team vehicle was damn good. The Last fight of Arnold with Gabriel on a bridge was superb and cant expect a perfect finish to such a wonderful movie and his dialogue at the end " My Honesty is not for sale " its jut wooooow . Sure Ji-yong Kim deserves a applause of making a very good Action packed entertainer and sure he has given his best

FAM Punch Line : Any action Movie lovers and Arnold Fans , dare not miss this movie. You will be stunned.

Lawless (2012) is a Kick-ass Film based on a true story, adapted from Matthew Bondurant’s historical novel The Wettest County in the World , A Perfect Western Style Typical Brotherhood Gangster based movie with many scenes giving Goosebumps throughout..!! Tom Hardy Performance as Forrest Bondurant was just mind blowing and the way he takes him through the movie as a serious out-looker with a tough side..wow . Just as amazing and just what anyone would like to watch in this type of a movie. There is no dragging and lack of phase. The Screenplay Just movies on . Along with it the other two brothers Shia as Jack Bondurants and Jason Clarke as Howard Bondurant were just perfectly added to the power quotient of the movie. And not forget to mention the other important character in the movie by Guy Pearce as Special Agent Charlie Rakes . Without a perfect villan , no movie is 100% complete and this is were Guy pearce fills the gap. Awesome acting by him and he takes his lead against the tough brothers in his own way. For sure he did his part perfectly well.

Some of the quotes in the movie were just damn powerful then the movie itself . few like

Forrest Bondurant: It is not the violence that sets men apart, alright, it is the distance that he is prepared to go.
Forrest Bondurant: I'm a Bondurant. We don't lay down for nobody.
Forrest Bondurant: We're survivors, we control the fear. And without the fear, we're all as good as dead!


FAM Punch Line : Yes except a normal ending , the whole movie was just awesome and sure worth a try. Dont Miss it. Its a Definite Treat for Tom Hardy Fans

Its for sure one of excellent Comedy Blast for this Pongal. From Start to end this movie was excellent and you will laugh and laugh and laugh out through out the movie

Its a Updated version of famous Bagyaraj Movie " Indru Poi Nalai Vaa "

Santanam and Power Star packs a punch through out the movie with their own style.

Power Star is rocking with his usual buildup performance scene by scene , but yes that's what gives a laugh bomb.

Santanam Timing Lines and comedy tracks as-usual adding more light to the movie.

With a combo like santanam and Power star what else you could except. The Third sethu was good too and he done is part well

Visaka singh was not bad and she did her role perfectly

Worth every rupee spent for this movie. Yes dont go in with too much of story , just as said its a newer version of Old Hit Film

Am sure as a Producer Santanam would be very happy with the way movie came and sure he is in for owning another Land Rover with the Pongal Bonus prize

Songs are not bad nor too good..But yes they match perfectly with the movie and its timely and funny to watch the visual too

Powerstar seems to have got a right opportunity and he has definitely proved it and with is famous famous expressions and different style of acting..my goodness you cant help yourself laughing out your stomach and your jaws would pain a hell laughing :)

But we cant just miss mention the duo VTV Ganesh and Kovai sarala combination..chance-less and mind-blowing.

Film critics stay away because this aint a movie fit your bill. This is a entertainment movie and sure it did . We dont need your critics head here.

Overall this movie is one awesome film for Movie freaks who just want to have fun and enjoy with tears in ur eyes laughing non stop.

Worth Watching in theaters and a best choice then other craps released for pongal along with

Absolute fun. entertainment guaranteed

Its Definelty a Power Star Pongal :) Looking for more and more combo's like this...

With a little bit more expectation that karthik would have learnt a lesson after his successive flops like the recent Saguni , we went for the movie but never thought that this was one of biggest mistake and a worst decision taken in a festival season .

First want to just let you all know that this is not the great Superstar Mundru mugam Alex pandian story . It has nothing to do with it nor he is a police officer in the movie. Trailer might have fooled many and we are one among those fools

Normally when a movie is damn bad and you got struck up in theater , you might try to reason yourself somehow that you try to satisfy with at-least comedy , songs or fights or heroin romance scenes something so you wont feel bad you wasted 120 Rupees for a movie.

But this movie had no one part to say as positive. It was complete let down and am sure Karthi fans would be totally dissapointed.

First of all There is no story at all in the movie.. we tried to understand something out of it..but sure was nothing till the last. Worst of the worst.

Screenplay and editing cant be any worst then this movie. I never scene such a worst editing like this movie last few years.

Total logic miss ..One or Two mistakes ok but not the complete movie itself... wow my god..wow.. Mistakes everywhere..No logic at all

Background was worst ever and Songs damn.... Being recently released , the complete theater was almost empty.

This is one of movie with more number for villans for nothing...they try to act serious but all we get is laugh . Whole theater was laughing and commenting sarcastically even when the villans were seriously acting.

Stunts were worst tooo ..Karthik giving as-usual stills each screen with buttonless shirt , pink shirt and T Shirt wow..comedy. As usual Lots of Sumo chasing scenes , what else you expect if suman is also one of villans ..:)

Santhanam comedy was okay for some level but it was too vulgar at some places and it passes censor board too wow.. and in-between manobala inclusion was pointless and the scenes following next 15 minutes with manobala was needless at all giving complete headpain

Very predictable climax or said very boring climax. Very funny acting by pratap as if acting like a serious villan and visu as CM , all we remember is arunachalam.

Overall One of Worst movie to watch for pongal or said to watch ever. Go with Amurthanjan or Vicks action 500

Lovers or Couples wanting to enjoy a movie in theater without any disturbance in corner seat , then this movie would be the right choice.

Total 120 Rupees waste . Not even worth for 10 Rupees. Watch this movie at your own risk
