Why do some title their movie which not even related to it. This movie is about a hacker who accidentally discovers a Secret Government program called Shepard that illegally monitors everyone's activity. So its a struggle of single man against this privacy breach and his attempts to intrude organization that created Shepard to understand more about it leaving his and his loved ones life in chaos.Movie felt like a documentary as if watching a Hacking tutorial but it could have been better if instead of just concentrating on the Conspiracy part alone which we have already seen in many movies and tv series. If it stayed with the actual subject and talked more about hacking codes n stuff it would have been interesting. Just a average flick can be watched once just for the concept alone.
