Mine (2016)
With a failed mission, two soldiers a sniper and a spotter left out in middle of desert on their own trying to reach a nearby extraction point 5 hours away by walk. But things take a wild turn when one of soldier steps on a landmine losing his limbs in process his life in this accident leaving only one survivor but to his fate he also stepped over a mine but have not triggered it yet as his foot is still over that mine preventing it from exploding. Rest is how he would survive such traumatic conditions of the desert with hot sun, no water , desert storm , nights filled with wolfs, days filled with terrorists it becomes a life and death situation for him to hold on to his life before a evacuation team can reach his place. Movie is good , not much of a war film but a survival flick of one mans ordeal to stay put fighting against his own will and all odds. Ending was flat and movie overall is more of philosophical in nature , subtle leaving a different experience then what one would have expected. Can be tried once with little patience
