Silence (2016)
A very slow running movie that would definitely test your patience. Inspired based on true events, It Talks about the time when Christianity was totally banned from Japan and that anyone who are following it are severely punished or brutally killed unless they discontinue their belief. Its when two priests from Portuguese decide to travel to this place to survey ground level situation and to report back to their church on actual happenings.But no sooner their survival is threatened with life & death situation and how fate plays against their strong will n wait were wonderfully portrayed in this movie. I watched it for Liam neeson but unfortunately he does show up only on second half as if like a guest role through plays a critical part in this film. Can be watched once if you can sustain and tolerate the slowness with little patience.
