What would a person do when his days are counted and that he is dying of a disease. You either do what it takes to quench your desires or you would take decisions quickly to settle things to your family so they stay good after your demise. Unlike Breaking bad , here Jorgen takes a different path to settle things for his family and uniting his wife to her Ex-husband so her life is secure . Mads Mikkelsen ( jacob ) is playing this Ex-Husband role and he was damn perfect fit to that character. Whats story with Jacob and why he got separated with Helene will all got covered in the movie .
More then Mads Mikkelsen performance , i just liked Jorgen character so
much in this movie. You just cant aviod feeling sympathy to this
character by the way he turns his life for his family and the hard
decisions he has to take for them which is more hurting then the disease
itself. Even that love between daughter and step father was portrayed
so beautifully here. The last few minutes of the film when he cries
saying " I dont want to die " , you just cant prevent yourself crying
out with tears or when Anna says to his step dad that she loves him more
then any when she gets to know her dad is counting his last days , it
would just melt your heart right away. This is definitely one of
beautiful heart wrenching Emotional drama which could impact you for
hours or days even after watching this film. One of finest piece of
Movie none needs to miss.
