Movie lead by Robert Downey Jr ( Hank ) our iron man who gone through a complete changeover in this film with a different class of acting. A perfect court room drama depicting father son relationship so beautifully through-tout the movie. At first it looked as if its a unspoken war of misunderstanding between a egoistic father ( Robert Duvall as Joseph ) who is a judge in his town and a unbowed sarcastic son Hank ( Downey ) who plays a famous defense attorney in Chicago. They lived each other away for most part of their life but some events brought them back together were it unfold their true love and affection to each other exploring their real side behind their masks. There are places were tears become more evident with such heart melting scenes and this movie gives that pure pleasure of watching a perfect family drama while keeping its toe on being engaging court room drama at the other end. This is really a feel good movie not to be missed and a experience to see especially for those who lost their father.

Fury ( 2014 ) : " War near ends quietly "

Excellent movie right from the start closely based on true events. Movie is about a crew members of American Sherman Tank named Fury lead by Don "WarDaddy" collier during world war 2 against Notorious Germans SS Troupe who were more powerful that time with their version of tanks called Tiger loaded with heavy artillery. How Don and his team step forward bravely against a tide of SS troupes even knowing its their own graveyard. Did they attain success in their mission forms the rest of story. Brads acting was catching factor to the movie and more to that is the making which was damn good. Its not easy task to bring a war movie so live and this movie succeeded in doing that really well. Those tank shells flying like tracer bullets were horrifying and it gives us a experience as if we are traveling inside a tank fighting our own battle there. Just so we can listen to the sounds of those shells being fired from those tanks from our speakers , imaging how it would be in a real scenario was spine-chilling. That last cross road fight was goosebumps though the end was so heart touching yet it really empathized those crew heroic deeds their bravery and at same time clearly portrayed atrocities of war depicted in every frame. This will definitely add up to my favorite war movie and this is one movie not to be missed.

Expected a lot more from the title itself as its being one of hot topics when it comes to Horror film and they way Uija board is connected to paranormal world but the film didn't cover the facts in a detailed manner rather they concentrated on more to the story of five people who play Ouija board without knowing the consequences opening a gateway to hell .How their life turns dark after the portal gets opened forms the story. But as i mentioned instead of just sticking to the story alone they could have given more insights on the Ouija and its theory around it. Having said its not a bad movie at all and deserves one time watch as it does scare you at parts.

Nice movie with a cocktail of superheros filled in it yet i felt that the graphics part was made very poor as if watching 1980's cartoon all over again. The faces of superhero were all changed and superman looked like some stranger. Except Batman and cyborg rest were kind of new identities. Lip sync was horrible too way throughout the film but having said concept was good and as always at the end Justice league saves man kind.

A perfect High octane action flick right from the start packed with powerful casting in this movie. Keanu Reeves was a best choice for such a storyline playing himself as a Ex-hit-man Contract killer where a unwritten history and fear follows his name called John Wick. Every single time i hear his name John , it gets me a nostalgic feel of watching Constantine instead but here the only change is that the Cross replaced by Guns. They way he clears of people with his gun was like watching a video game but definitely was clear perfect shot every single time. Unlike his previous action flicks like Street Kings or Matrix , here he is kind of slow and tactful for may be age is playing a factor here.

With Keanu takes a front row seat , he is well supported by other perfect players like Michael Nyqvist ( known for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo ) , Alfie Allen ( Theon Greyjoy in Game of thrones ) , Willem Dafoe ( Known for Spiderman 3 or Antichrist ) , Toby Leonard Moore ( Known for Underbelly TV Series ) and Ian McShane ( Known for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides ). So with all these characters added up to this revenge based action movie , it just cant get any better then this. Screenplay was so perfect and runs like a flash till the end with edge of seat moments everywhere. Though the ending was bit on a slower side but yet the way the gangs work and operate makes us understand why it was framed like that. But the major success factor after Reeves is that the dialogues used throughout the film which are just goosebumps and fills us with pleasure of watching such a film. few are like....

" Its not what you did son that angers me ..but its whom you did it too..."

"John wasn't exactly the boogeyman. He's the one you sent to kill the fucking boogeyman. "

"People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer, but yeah, I'm thinking I'm back. "

"John will come for you and you will do nothing, because you can't do nothing. "

After recent movie Equalizer , i enjoyed this film a lot and felt it as a genuine action flick after a long time that too from matrix starer. This is one of engaging movie not to be missed by action movie freaks who just need action but not too much of melodrama to it. Enjoy watching it.

Unlike its predecessor were Liam chases bad guys , in this he becomes the victim who is been framed for his wife murder which is evident in the movie trailer itself . How he tackles his way through with his close pals help while keeping his daughter safe forms rest of the story. Though the story might look cliche yet its again liam performance which gets us through the movie. Its also engaging as the other parts but felt the ending was more of a numb feel which really didnot fit to such a fast phased sequel . Apart from that its a average movie which engages you and a good treat for Liam fans.

Kept it on hold till this time thinking it was not worth watching , but i feel this is not that bad movie neither. Story is not very knew as many would already know how Frankenstein was created , but bringing him into a fight between angels and demons was something new. One thing not much impressive is that he is just a normal person risen from dead with no special super powers with him who feels pain like every other human being.But having said that the CG works were impressive and those Statues above tower coming alive as monsters was so cool to see. Even the fights were nice and really didnot bore me on its entire run. Adding to that dazzling Dexter Girl Hanna McKay also plays a part in this movie which is a catching factor too. Overall this is not a movie to be ignored and at same time , its just a average movie thats all.

Well though the tag line comes with it , this is totally a different style shankar has followed unlike his previous ones. Since this been newly released i dont want to go deep into it without any spoilers.. this is what i liked and not liked about this movie.

Cons
=====
1) Predictable storyline throughout the film provided the story was leaked into internet world many days before. Still even for a person who watch it for first time , it would be a piece of cake for him to guess the next plot out

2) Total length of the movie is 189 Min. Felt there were so many unwanted scenes which could have been cut short to make it crisp and engaging.
3) Some scenes in the movie are not so realistic for the real life but still even if its considered to be a fantasy genre , it will not still impress much .
4) Connect between first half and second half not well established. Something doesnt fit right , many be too much of editing were done that some scenes were removed on purpose.

Pros
=====
1) The best and hard hitting performance from vikram which deserves a applause. Stunning piece of acting throughout the film. Though we know he reduced so many pounds of weight for this film , but yet when we see it in screen live , it really stuns us and its sure a daring attempt.
2) Beautifully looking dazzling amy is a catching factor too in this film. She also played a crucial role in this film especially the love proposing scene or when at last the way way she treats vikram to accept him was so cool too.
3) Perfect cinematography supported by good BGM throughout the film. Even the songs were so good to watch in screen with the visuals and the locations were they were filmed were a visual treat. Hats off to ARR for the music tracks which made a huge impact in this movie.

Verdict
======
Be it stunt scenes or first half vikram acting or his switch over to a different character on second half , everything was so cool in this movie. Santhanam comedy also comes in handy at times and a revenge plot with a different concept might definetly appeal most audiences yet it will have its fare share of negative views as well due to the length of this film with a normal storyline unlike shankars other movies. For me i personally liked this film ignoring few flaws as it entertained me throughout. Definetly deserves a one time watch atleast for vikrams hard work he put on into this movie.

Being Martin Scorsese as Executive producer for this film with addition to that it was based on True story , expected a lot from this movie but was really not to that mark. Movie is about Chinese Gangs in New york and how they dominate their territory with fear and guns. So Green dragons is just one of the dominant Chinese gangs and this movie is about two young boys who are recruited into the gang following their raise among others within the team. Though the movie has perfect plot apt to make a finest gangster flick , yet the direction was so wrong with very sluggish screenplay and also the characters choice was very poor felt like kids fighting in school. Too much amateurish feel and very cliche. Ending was completely terrible though its based on true story and overall this is a normal average movie which can be watched once if you like gangsta flicks.

My ooh My....!!! A spine chilling jaw dropping thriller movie which needs a good stomach to watch its entire run. When punishment becomes severe , people would fear to their last bone even to think anything wrong and this movie exactly brings out to you. What happens when few human animals destroy a women life when they hunt her , rape and torment her and torture her post leaving her in woods to die like some hunted animal, what if she survives such incident ? Will she keep weeping in her room or will she be out there to take her revenge. This is exactly such movie where she steps on boldly to teach every single one of them a lesson. Those perfect moments when she gives back those words to the same people who used it against her while she was destroyed by them was just awesome.Though its too gore and brutal the way she takes revenge on them one by one , yet the maker allowed us to feel her anger and frustration so to empathize with her actions. This movie cant be in view list for everyone and definitely needs a strong mind to process it. But for me this is one of best revenge based movies not to be missed if you can digest it.

A perfect family drama with such a wonderful star cast which includes two beautiful women Emma Thompson and Kate Winslet. This is exactly the movie from where Kollywood flick " Kandukondain Kandukondain" was copied from. Added to that we also hava Hugh Grant and Alan Rickman playing their best role in this movie. Whats most catching thing in the film is its cinematography and sound tracks. Such a pleasant visually stunning movie with the back drop of London in early 70's. The mannerism in which love was dealt among people was so different and the way they express their feelings in those days were totally amazing and this movie succeeded in bringing those times beautifully here on the screen. Slow but yet one of finest romantic family drama i would say and is one of period films not to be missed.

At First Sight (1999)

A perfect romantic drama with a title name so apt for the story line. It was so lovely to watch such a film which blends with you so easily and that you can easily connect with the characters to experience their inner feelings of true self. A blind man (Virgil) almost from his birth falls in love with a beautiful young women (Amy) and the way they experience each other their love was portrayed wonderfully well. Especially the scene when Virgil describes the sounds of rain to amy was so beautiful and heart touching. But when his darkness unfolds and as he gets back his vision , this experience towards life with his visual references and his struggle to understand even the simple basic human emotions were perfectly captured. Though this struggle to be a normal person creates more distance among them , yet the way Amy stays true to him or he stays true to her was just what such a movie deserves. BGM was so amazing throughout the movie and i would say this movie is a experience to watch. Gave me a experience of watching bollywood flick "Tare Zameen Par". A classic love tale not to be missed.

What would a person do when his days are counted and that he is dying of a disease. You either do what it takes to quench your desires or you would take decisions quickly to settle things to your family so they stay good after your demise. Unlike Breaking bad , here Jorgen takes a different path to settle things for his family and uniting his wife to her Ex-husband so her life is secure . Mads Mikkelsen ( jacob ) is playing this Ex-Husband role and he was damn perfect fit to that character. Whats story with Jacob and why he got separated with Helene will all got covered in the movie .

More then Mads Mikkelsen performance , i just liked Jorgen character so much in this movie. You just cant aviod feeling sympathy to this character by the way he turns his life for his family and the hard decisions he has to take for them which is more hurting then the disease itself. Even that love between daughter and step father was portrayed so beautifully here. The last few minutes of the film when he cries saying " I dont want to die " , you just cant prevent yourself crying out with tears or when Anna says to his step dad that she loves him more then any when she gets to know her dad is counting his last days , it would just melt your heart right away. This is definitely one of beautiful heart wrenching Emotional drama which could impact you for hours or days even after watching this film. One of finest piece of Movie none needs to miss.

A Walk Among the Tombstones (2014) - " Felt like a alternative version of Vettaiyadu Vellaiyadhu Kollywood flick "

A different Psychological crime investigation thriller from Liam Neeson with a totally different touch completely opposite to his Taken Movie. A private detective Matt ( Liam ) been hired by a person who is a drug trafficker to find the two persons who kidnapped and killed his wife even after he paid ransom to them. So as Liam gets his game on to track the evidences , he starts to notice a pattern on the killing along with other murders happened in the same town. But the twist is when the killers are more of a psychopath serial killers and their modus operandi seems to be bizzard. How Liam tracks down these killers forms the other part of story.

Well movie is slow and it takes its own time to reveal itself in bits and pieces. At few places it even loses its grip and gets totally out of track from the actual story line just so to get the run-time on.Adding to that is that TJ boys unwanted introduction to the movie which is totally awkward and gives a irritating feel. But leaving all that behind , this movie is average investigation thriller which will keep you engaged for one time watch. Okay type movie but do-not expect a all in all action packed movie which we normally see from Liam.

Blown away by the sense of madness in love which eludes beyond time when you find someone who makes you feel that she\he is everything to you and that there is nothing more you need in your life. Such a kind of joy is what this film brings to you. Recently have watching " In Time " movie but this one "Somewhere in Time " is a father to such genre a perfect Romantic time travel classic movie. BGM was at best throughout the film and even the script made me feel like listening to the symphony with such a blissful feel. Tears is not a option during last few minutes of this lovely movie. Submerse yourself in ocean of love filled with emotions , a Wonderful feel good period film not to be missed by any.
