Well there was so much talks about this movie that it was a all new attempt in our Indian cinema and this tempted me to watch this movie. Well i should say it was indeed different and was really presented in a unique way. I would say its rather a musical fleet. Story is very simple involving only few characters consisting of Raghu , Richi and munna. Its about how their life crossover each other and end up in a mash-up costing their life in the end and how a news reporter tries to track the story behind it for her latest article inquiring local people in the town about this incident and capturing their varied point of view in an attempt to find the conclusion of this story. But did she able to conclude it with the facts or she has to complete the story which is more fictitious forms rest of the story.

The way these characters are introduced like a chapter was cool and the making of the movie easily remind me of great film makers like QT and Guy ritche. Looks like the director was heavily inspired from these legends though it dont see any credits given in the movie . That said it was cool and i loved this musical script with very less dialogues spoken throughout the movie. BGM was very nice at times and picturization was damn cool. I saw ugramm recently and from then on i notice the cinematography of Kannada films have improved a lot in recent days. I more of loved the way the visuals were supported by the music in this movie added to that the traditional Tiger dance and costumes were so lovely to watch.

Polladavan Kishore was cool in this movie too and i liked his role. Richi character was fine too but his over performance at times and his unsync unmatched high level English at times didn't match his character much especially with a gun in his hip belt always was kind of unrealistic because he never looked like a scary gangster. There are some scenes which had no logic to it and second half mother sentiments and some songs like kids in beach were unnecessary or lets say slowed down the script making a sluggish feel which could have been avoided. But that said , still this movie was so lovely and other songs were so cool especially " Gatiya Ilidu " was so lovely and breezy. This is not a movie for everyone and if you like musical dramas sure you would love this movie irrespective of all other negative aspects i said above. Enjoy watching.

Was like a random pick and download but worth it....Only One season with just three short episodes is about a missing girl in a town and events leading to investigation...!!! There are two parallel story runs at a different time line where one revolves around the town some years back where the girl went missing mysteriously and two to the current period where a TV host tries to uncover the facts behind it for a reality documentary about this missing girl. These two stories collide at one point revealing much dark secrets about the incident which is a also a good twist . First episode will be very slow as they cover the events slowly in all possible angle but the series picks up in following episodes and really it keeps you guessing on the murderer and it would be a good twist at the end though i would say bravo if someone got that cracked well before. Since its a mini series its not bad to try it and it was really good investigation thriller and i liked it a lot. More then that i loved the BGM more in this which is breezy and soothing perfectly apt for the atmosphere of this movie. Try it and be sure you need patience.

Our Short Film is an attempt to bring that message to each & everyone of you that speed can be addictive like a drug but a shortcut to hell like a slow poison. When hearing this series name for first time , i was assuming it would be something related to Black magic , occultism etc...but i was totally wrong. TV series or movies are like ocean and there are so many good and brilliant movies cum series yet to see the day light because of lack of exposure until they are introduced by some person to person and this series is one among them. I would assure you that this is one of best anthology Mini series i seen so far but every single episode being unique and engaging.

We all tend to believe in technology but beyond technology there is something called Life which is Humans who control the technology. Life will run good as long as the technology is within our control but when this rule gets flipped over things will never be the same and life will never be that easy. This series portrays exactly the darker side of the technology which though contains a good aspects from its outlook but within it these machines software's computers lack something called Human soul n feeling which differentiates virtual world with reality.

Every single episode is new , Every single one is shocking and every concept is jaw dropping. The concepts used in these episodes are the ones which would be still a dream for many scientists and this series shows itself as a early warning sign for where the world is going towards in future. Some episodes might even stamper you making you hard to accept or even fear for what is shown but beyond all that there is very good message at every end of each episodes. Revealing anything about any episode will spoil the fun of watching it and so far only Two seasons have been released with only Three episodes per season.

Out of these six episodes my favorite would be Fifteen Million Merits ( s01ep02 ) and The Waldo Moment ( s02ep03 ) . Apart from that i had to mention White Bear which will give a difficult time watching this episode as if we are watching Lynchian movie. Kind of virtually disturbing but a solid episode it is. Nevertheless every single show was excellent and i really loved this series to the core. This is definitely one of series not to be missed by any and its very highly recommended. A must watch.

Me with few other friends watched this movie in MAA tv last week when it was aired for Independence day i guess and from then on i feel like i been locked up in shutter island as if my mind is totally jammed. WoW i must admit that i never ever laughed n enjoyed this much before and this movie was a complete entertainer for sure. OMG i really dont know where to start the review and where to end for a breath taking killer movie ( you know what i mean ) ....!! My god if our indian scientists happen to watch this film , there are huge chances they might commit suicide post watching it or even said the great doctors , physicians etc....because the amount of knowledge sampoo possess is equivalent to the IQ levels of all Indian scientist combined.

That shocking moment when we notice he doing morning prayers for Einstein , will take some time to recover because your heart will be in confused state by them. Then comes the next shocker when he creates a computer from Water ..its just WoW Factor actually and that coma inducing moment when he says he added a particular Leaf extract to the water to act as antivirus for this water computer...i was already out of this world. In addition to that there are some songs in-between....wow what to say..Even MJ has to learn some steps from Shampooooooooo.....my god me...!!! and that dialogue " He is not shampooo he is samphooo.... " your life is already half gone and u are almost in mid air traveling towards hell. And hats of to the Police commissioner in this film who did a brilliant performance rather lets say extra ordinary performance , hope no Person from the department watch this movie otherwise there might be so many resignations in line.

Some how with those mind blowing( i mean literally ... ) scenes with osamatic dance sequences and brilliant background score ( Yaa something was playing behind ) this movie has reached its end almost and when i was taking a little breath with a hope of ending , then came the best part of this entire movie...even now it gives me sleepless nights with this horrific nightmares thinking about it...that is when his girl friend ( yaa he does have ) gets attacked by a mobster ( how she was attached is just another epic i would say even Faraday has to bow down because his laws are totally shattered ) her heart get damaged and when the doctors suggest sampooo to try get a electronic heart from overseas , Mr Indian sampoo says this is my India and i will invent one...he goes to Card board shop , then comic books shop and Asian paints ( Red paint ) shop for what..yes you are right to purchase things to create electronic heart...and i bet viewers will be half dead by now with stars twinkling around their heard. Then sampooo finally creates one heart in size of a dinosaur ( Never ask how he measured the size of that heart ) he takes the heart to the hospital and there one more shocker awaits when the same mobs attack sampoo....Sampoo just throws the heart from around 2 kms and it just flies n flies , breaks the window of the hospital where his girl friend is been operated , this heart directly falls in the cavity and LED lights start glowing while viewers eyes already diminishing . This followed by a whole heart transplant drama as if they talk like exchanging some pen or pencil. May be if this same movie was made in 1800 people might have really appreciated and applauded seeing the technological advancement but sampoo emerged at wrong time now and who knows in his next sequel he might even invent a time machine in his bathroom. There is nothing sampoo cant do......

Its been a week now and the impact of watching this movie is still there . Not sure when his image will get erased from my brain so i can sleep peacefully. This is one such movie every aspiring directors should watch. Definitely they can learn so many things from it. Who said films can teach only good things...there are films which can teach you how a movie should never be made and thanks to the sampoo crew for bringing out a brilliant movie like this. Out of all stars..Solar star , silver star , power star...sampooo easily surpaseess all and no wonder he is called Burning star , for the audience are the one burning like a tandoori chicken post watching this movie. This movie is definitely not for week hearted and those who are with Suicidal tendencies . This is one movie not to be missed and don't worry about the language barrier as you really dont need to know the native language because sampoo with his brilliant onscreen performance would attract you all. But incase if anything happens to you while watching this film , reviewer is not responsible for it and its completely at your own risk. Life or death is in your hands. This movie was in my top priority watch list for only one reason that is because the lead role in this film was done by my favorite series Dexter fame Michael C. Hall. I must admit it was so cool to see Dex back after so many days of Dexter season closure. Movie is about a Richard ( Michael ) and his small middle class family where they get mixed up in so many things when Richard had to shoot down a burglar entering his home. Though the case gets dropped as Self defense , Richard notices lot of darker secrets behind the mash-up and his life gets in line of danger when the Dead bugler guys father gets released from Jail in parole and stalks Richard for revenge. So things gets worsen from there on ...

First 40 minutes of the movie was pure class , a perfect thriller until Richard saves a old man from railway tracks. Till that point i must admit this movie stayed at its best course especially seeing Michael in a different role who lives life with so much Fear whereas Dexter is totally opposite. But when two old guns join the story things gets a worse turn with unwanted deviations etc. Though the concept was different it felt unrealistic or lag in screenplay giving us a drag feel. Ending was somewhat cool to see Michael transformation and not a bad movie to skip. Definitely a average flick and it will be fun for Dexter fans for sure. happy watching.

Brilliant Movie right from the start...This movie would capture your attention within few minutes of its run with a goosebumps stylish Rescue attempt by Special agents team with Field ops and snipers rescuing a Chinese from hands of terrorist. The way this specific scene was made felt like watching many Tom cruise movies. It was so cool definitely. But following that it gets to the core plot were a specific group within Pakistan trying to take over the government with help of Contract agents n killers. As this group plan to bomb a important target within Islamabad , a special team is called in by the Pakistani military to tackle the situation and a well trained highly decorated secret agent Mujtaba was called in to lead the team. From then on it becomes a cat and mouse came between the killer n Mujtaba to bring down this entire plan.

There are two things which brings this movie to a higher stage . One a stunning Screenplay supported by Top notch Cinematography and then its followed by a mind blowing BGMs and OSTs. Every Single tracks was mesmerizing and BGM was perfectly apt for a War action film. The gun fights , the last fist fight...that contract killers attitude and his weird body language all adds a plus to the movie. At many places i felt like watching different films like " We were soldiers , Diehard , Secret in their eyes " etc..and it was cool to imagine that way .

Though this movie might raise lot of political aspects of the film when watched from our eyes but one must understand this was a movie made from their peoples perspective and sometimes there are chances it will be misunderstood or misinterpreted. No were in the movie India country name was used and it was one good factor to note. And more over the other good thing in this film is that the movie was not taken in their native spoken language instead the entire communication happens mostly in English and that would help reach global audience very easily. But keeping other political factors aside , from the film making perspective this is one of genuine attempts and a engaging movie for sure. I would say this is one movie definitely not to be missed. Enjoy the show.

Yet another prison based movie but for the first time its like a Father and son reunion inside the prison. Jack O'Connell ( eric ) performance was good and how he adapts to the new prison life was interesting yet it felt unreal at most may be comparing the knowledge we gain watching many other prison based movie's or Series like prison break. Felt the prison was more of a set and didn't give a real feel. The way movie started was really good while eric handles the inmates with his own way and his uncontrollable anger which he finds hard to control but later it started to fade a bit on lighter side. At first when his highly influential father who is a life time inmate tries to help is son from all the issues and dangers within is block soon becomes dull like a monotonous play. And the ending was not really as i was expecting but one thing to take from this entire movie is the care and affection between father and son. Rest all was average but is one time watch for sure.

A wonderful breezy little love story making your heart melt with every minute watching this film. The script was little weird which might raise many questions but the way it was handled and presented to us was top notch. Even death cannot take away the joy from someone and the love they deserve to have in their life , and this movie clearly gives us that positive perspective towards life and that love can blossom at any time or at any stage. Shailene Woodley as Hazel in this movie did a brilliant role and her onscreen performance was so cute with lots of innocence and kindness. Though this movie is about disease , sickness , loss , hospital , diagnosis etc...yet it is not a melancholic movie because it shows the brighter side of things even at the tough situations. Not sure how much this is practical in real life but the way it was portrayed in movie will definitely inspire others with same conditions to live the life fullest even with their last counting days. Definitely a must watch movie and a beautiful journey of love.

Started off as a simple Brothers reunion , where the elder brother ( Kalina ) comes back to his native after 20 years to visit his younger brother ( Jozef ) who seem to be running a rough patch in neighborhood . As film progresses , more weirdly events start to occur for only Kalina to realize that his brother is into some wrong path due to which he has gained hatred from all the neighbors. Jozef seems to be more interested to collect all the graveyard stones of Jews who were believed to be killed by Germans ,dead for many years and that their Memorial stones are removed and been used to lay roads around the area . Jozef feels it as disrespect to the dead and so he starts to spend huge money to collect those stones and he safeguards in his land. Since those stones are of Jews , a internal conflict raises between the polish members and so they start to isolate him from any affairs within the village.

As movie runs its course , both brothers start to realize there is something strange about the people there and that they are hiding something as if there is a much darker secret they all are trying to hide. So these brothers set out to find the mystery which eventually turns to be much shocking thing then they expected.

Movie will be slow and we cannot expect a dramatic twists as its inspired from true events happened in town of Jedwabne, north-east of Warsaw.An investigation ordered by the Polish government has found that on July 10, 1941, at least 340 Jews were killed, some burned alive after being locked inside a barn. The investigation found Nazi occupiers and local people colluded in the massacre.Worth watching once.

A very emotionally impacting movie which will bring tears into your eyes seeing this tale of family union exploring the bonding between a grandpa a father and his son. Movie might look slow but once you get to watch the movie first fifteen minutes you will be so immersed into the film that you will not even care the time till the end. Though it was melancholic , still it had so many feel good moments everywhere. People who love their father so much , who seen him as their hero and who adore them always will love this movie to the core. I lost my father couple of years back and these are such movie which reminds me of those golden memories he left me to cherish and i am sure people like me will have a more emotional attachment towards this film. A must watch movie

A perfect family drama which can make your heart melt with every minute you spend watching this film. Movie is about two families and how they react when they come to know after many years that their kids got accidentally exchanged during birth in a hospital and that the DNA tests also proved the same. Now those family know that their kid is not their own bloodline and so what would they do in such scenarios. Will they exchange back their kids after these many years to decide whether their Bloodline is important or the bonding between their kids is important. While this is been answered in the movie , the way the love and affection on their children was beautifully portrayed and even those kids mindset during these changes was captured wonderfully. Fathers love , Mothers pain and care , children needs are depicted perfectly in this movie and it was a lovely feel to watch this movie till the end. Again its a drama and you need lot of patience to watch this and enjoy this mind blowing film . Loved it to the core. This is one movie not to be missed by any cinema lover.

One of finest Psychological Suspense thriller which keeps you in hook every second of its run time. Four mathematicians get invited to a strange meeting outside city limits to solve a enigma which was unsolved for centuries. But when they all get into a room , they start to realize its a trap , a kind of maze where the rooms gets shrink every second unless or until they solve each and every puzzle which is displayed in a PDA provided by unknown Host. It becomes so intense and tense as the fear of life brings truth from them as they start to share their secrets among them which itself is shocking in its own way. It becomes a life and death situation while the Fermat's room walls gets closer and closer with help of hydraulic pumps which are remotely connected to PDA. Did they solve the mathematical puzzle , did they get out of the room and who is that unknown host will be a mystery until you watch the movie.

As far as the screenplay goes its one of beautifully scripted ones so engaging to the core. We seen so many movies happens inside closed door Like Exam , Cube , Unknown etc but this movie Fermat's room is stunning and mind blowing in its own way. The time for each puzzle with be so limited that the viewer wont even be allowed to thing of it to crack unless you watch the movie again and again. This will easy be added to one of my favorite collections.Donot miss it.

Stunned with the way this movie carried through....Such movies keep us proving that you dont really need a big budget to make such a classy movie. I still wonder how the makers in Hollywood find such interesting subjects for film making. So simple and neat movie. Touches our emotions , melancholic at most times makes us feel the heat Tom hardy was going through. Lovely film and a interesting one. Short and sweet .

If a movie gives a fulfillment before stepping out of the theater and if you feel that the value for money you paid for the ticket has been returned to you with full-satisfaction , can we call that as success of the movie ? If so i am completely satisfied with this movie at 100%. I hear people always complain about our movie making skills , our presentation and complaining about directors not stepping out of their comfort zone to try something new , but when filmmakers actually try that i see the same people still don't realize it , appreciate it and complaining it has a complete satire film for the industry with full of cliche.Though i fully respect their opinion as they are entitled too so much as i do , at same time i feel bad that they are indirectly pulling the industry backwards and this will be never helpful in anyway for the advancement of our industry.

Right from the start this movie has impressed me a lot for sure. I would say Simha is a Simhabalam " A lion support " for this movie. I just couldn't beleive he is the same person i seen in Soodu kavvum , what a terrific transformation he had in this film , be it his facial expression or his body language he just fitted himself so perfectly to the character and it was stunning to watch him frame by frame and he deserves more then just applause for this film and i believe this is just the start. The next most important thing is the BGM , though i feel the traces of Rock n Rolla , WKW Fallen angel BGM scores here and there..i dont have any issues enjoying it. I loved the BGM to the core and waah wow what a sound tracks they been " Puridi parakum paru " such a energetic song it was , when listening to audio it didnt impress me much but when i actually seen it with visual it was goosebumps all over and not just that..even Kanamma Song was osm and Ding Dong was terrific. This is one movie i enjoyed every sound track in the film to the core. I loved it with the visuals.

For the kind of first half like a perfect gangster movie and the way it was twisted totally upside down in second half without compromising the quality in screenplay was damn terrific.Yes at second half during the Film teacher part while he teaches simha and his gang on acting skill , i really felt it uneasy or unnecessary but at the end when the movie gets released and all those moments with the teacher was captured as a movie , it all made sense and whats deliberately made.If you say whether this movie defise logic and whether any of this will ever happen in real life , my answer is we will never know ..and even if it doesnt happen , this is cinema and filmmaker has every right to bring his imagination to life in silver screen and i would say this was one of perfect script and a engaging one appealing every kind of audience irrespective of what genre fans they are.....Forgot to mention the cameo role of Vijay sethupathy and it was damn cool for sure.

Siddharth had a bad phase in this carrier before this movie and he can now be sure that he seems to have grabbed the helping hands of Karthik Subbaraj to climb up towards success. Lucky they didnot dragged love portion too much in this movie and i am sure that helped the movie too. Movie is very poetic at times and with breath taking visuals giving a satisfying feel to a normal audience. I am so glad that this season has produced good movies back to back like Saduranga vettai , V.I.P , now this and i am see the positive trend in film making . Though if we cant appreciate them , lets not drag them back and lets give them the freedom to experiment. Karthik Subbaraj has pulled out a lottery from his magic hat and this is just the beginning i feel.

Based on true incidents about Life of Larry Flynt who is now the CEO of Larry Flynt publications famously known for Porn based Hustler Magazine just like Playboy Magazine. A simple Moonshine selling kid owns a dance bar and later improvises it by managing to start a weekly newsletter of his own raises to became a millionaire using porn as a buisness. Sex was legal those days but illicit images on a magazine was illegal. So peoples eyes from nearby community turns towards him and they start a legal proceeding against Larry Flynt. From then on , Flynt takes on each trail in a weird way to prove his Right to information and Right to speak as per U.S First amendment law. Even his lower half of body goes into paralysis when there was a murder attempt on him leaving him like that. Irrespective of all that , he still charges against the legal proceeding , people to prove what he feels right to speak. Though i feel the message was okay being said that its based on true incidents , but when it comes to movie it was weirdly captured . His girlfriend and later wife was disgusting to watch in the movie and it was not too comfortable to see two drug addicts in the movie living their life in a weird way. When Flynt wins the final case , it was not even gave any impact to us nor the reason he has to behave like a maniac inside the courthouse doesn't make any sense.True detective fame Woody Harrelsen gave a very good performance at first half but later i felt like it faded out. Considering it based on real incidents , we can watch it one time for sure.
